Privacy Policy — IMUNO

Last updated: 4 October 2026

IMUNO is published by Clinica Medica Sampaio e Goncalves LTDA. Everything below describes what the game actually does. If the game changes, this page changes with it.

The short version

IMUNO has no accounts. It never asks for your name, your email, your phone number or your location, and it cannot read your contacts, photos or files.

It does three things that involve data:

  1. On Android, it sends anonymous gameplay statistics, so the game can be balanced. You can turn this off in Settings, and turning it off stops the collection itself, not just the sending. Where the law requires consent first, such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, it starts switched off and only runs if you switch it on. On iPhone, these statistics never leave the device.
  2. It shows rewarded video ads when you choose to watch one, through Google AdMob. Where the law requires consent, a form appears the first time you open the game and the game serves no ad until you have answered it.
  3. It verifies purchases and ad rewards on our server, so that what you paid for is actually yours.

What is collected, and why

A random install identifier. When you first open the game, it generates a random number that identifies this installation. It is not derived from your device, your account or anything about you, and it is not shared with anyone outside the services listed below. It exists so the server can tell that the ad you just watched, or the purchase you just made, belongs to this copy of the game. Because purchases are restored from the server and never from the device alone, the game sends this identifier to our server, and our server passes it to RevenueCat, every time the game starts, whether or not you have bought anything. Uninstalling the app removes it from the device; if your phone backs up app data (Android backup on your Google account, or an iCloud backup on iPhone), restoring that backup can bring it back together with your progress.

Gameplay statistics (Android only). Things like how long a session lasted, which cell you unlocked and when, which invader you chose, and how many Resolutions you have done. They are used to balance the game and for nothing else. This is the part you can switch off in Settings, under "Share anonymous usage data". The iPhone version contains no analytics service: there the statistics are kept in a file on the device and never sent. On Android these statistics are processed by Google Firebase Analytics, which also collects its own technical information, such as your device model, operating system version, country and a Firebase installation identifier. Switching the setting off stops both: we send nothing, and Firebase itself stops collecting. It also starts switched off, and nothing is collected at all, until the game knows which privacy rules apply where you are.

Advertising data. When you first open the game it asks Google whether a consent form is required where you are, using Google's User Messaging Platform. That question sends no identifier and collects nothing about you. If a form is required, it is shown before any ad is requested, and your answer is stored on your device; you can change it at any time under Settings, "Ad privacy choices".

If, and only if, you then choose to watch a rewarded ad, the Google AdMob SDK starts and may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address and technical device information in order to select and measure the ad, within the limits of the answer you gave. If you never watch an ad, the advertising SDK never starts. Google's handling of this data is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Purchases. If you buy something, Google Play (on Android) or the Apple App Store (on iPhone) processes the payment. We never see your payment details. The store gives the app a proof of purchase (a purchase token on Android, a signed transaction on iPhone), which our server sends to RevenueCat to confirm the purchase is genuine. We store which product was bought and the transaction identifier, next to the random install identifier, so the purchase stays yours after a reinstall.

What is never collected

Your name, email address, phone number, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera input, health data, or anything you type. The game has no chat, no social features and no sign-up.

Who the data reaches

The data is not sold, and it is not used to build a profile of you outside advertising as described above.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can switch the statistics off in Settings and have the records held on our server deleted as described below. Where an advertising consent form applies to you, Settings also shows "Ad privacy choices", where you can change your answer at any time.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation also gives you the right to ask what we hold about your installation, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected or erased, and to complain to your national data protection authority. The legal basis for the statistics and for advertising is your consent, which you give through the form and the Settings switch and can withdraw at the same places; the legal basis for the purchase records is the performance of the contract created when you buy something.

Because the game has no account, the only thing that links those records to you is the random install identifier described above. Quote it when you write, or we will not be able to find them.

Security

Everything sent to our server travels over HTTPS. Your saved game is stored on your device, encrypted. If your phone backs up app data (Android backup on your Google account, or an iCloud backup on iPhone), the saved game is part of that backup, so your progress survives a new phone. That backup belongs to your Google or Apple account; it never reaches us.

Children

IMUNO is not directed at children under 13 and is not distributed under Google Play's Families programme. In line with Brazilian Law 15.211/2025, the game contains no paid randomness: no loot boxes, no gacha, no random crates, and no purchase whose outcome is left to chance.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your device, including the random install identifier and your save. A copy in your phone's own backup, if you have one, is managed from your Google account or iCloud settings.

To have the records held on our server deleted, write to sampaiogoncalvesltda@gmail.com with the words "IMUNO data deletion". Because there is no account, include the install identifier, shown at the bottom of the Settings screen, so we can find the right rows. Records are deleted within 30 days. Ad reward records are in any case deleted automatically after 90 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the new version appears at this address.
